Real. "from €X" means the lowest package price for that service, and every package's full price, deposit and balance terms are published on /pricing and on the service page — nothing is hidden behind a call.

Scope. A 5-page site and a 20-page, multi-location site are different amounts of work — the packages exist so you can match the price to what you actually need instead of paying for scope you don't.

No. VAT is added at checkout: 23% for Portugal and the EU without a VAT number, 0% reverse charge for VAT-registered EU businesses outside Portugal, 0% for clients outside the EU.

The published price is the price. What can flex is scope — a smaller or larger package, or a custom scope for Custom platform work — not the number for a fixed package.

Your point of contact confirms a start date within 1 business day of your order or enquiry. The Scope step begins on the agreed date, not immediately on payment.

Yes — regularly. Tell us who else is involved (a marketing team, an existing developer, a photographer) during Scope so we can plan around them.

Yes. You have the full codebase and files; nothing here locks you into buildstackstudio for future work.

You do — we build on infrastructure you control unless you ask us to help set it up, in which case it's still registered in your name.

buildstackstudio is a small, direct studio. We don't claim a headcount we don't have, and we don't hide behind an account-management layer — the person who scopes your project is who you hear from during the build.

Yes — one person, named at Scope, who stays with the project through Launch & Care.

Any work brought in from outside the studio is disclosed to you during Scope, not discovered later.

Yes. Deposits are refunded in full if you cancel 14 or more days before the agreed start date; within 14 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Full detail in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
