Steps
Scope
We agree what's in, what's out, and what it costs — in writing, before any design work starts. For most packages this means a short call or written brief, a page/screen/deliverable list, and a fixed price and timeline you approve before paying anything beyond the stated deposit. This is the step that makes every other step predictable: nothing gets designed or built that wasn't scoped first.
Design
You see the actual direction — real page templates, real screens, a real mark — not a single polished "hero" mockup standing in for the whole project. Revisions happen here, at the number of rounds stated in your package, so changes are cheap while it's still just design.
Build
The approved design gets built. For product and app work, that means a working demo every week — not a monthly status email that says "on track." For website, brand and storefront work, it means the build gets tested against real devices and real content before you ever see a "finished" version.
Launch & Care
We launch on the agreed date, on your domain or infrastructure, and hand over everything — code, files, a plain-English guide to running it. This is also the step that doesn't have to end: the Care & Growth Retainer is this fourth step, made ongoing, for anyone who'd rather we kept answering than hand over a project and disappear.

Anything outside the written scope document is quoted separately and agreed before it starts — the process protects you from surprise invoices and protects us from unbounded work.
Stated exactly in your package — see the package's includes list on its service page or on /pricing. Extra rounds are billed at a stated rate, agreed in advance.
Tell your point of contact as early as possible. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how deposits and in-progress work are handled if a project pauses or cancels.
