No — Care plans work for any site or product, including ones we didn't build, though onboarding may take a little longer while we get familiar with the codebase.
Content edits, small design changes, bug fixes and minor updates — stated per plan in the package's includes list above. Larger feature work is scoped and quoted separately, or covered under Partner's monthly hours.
They don't roll over — the plan is priced for ongoing care, not banked hours. If you consistently use fewer hours than your plan includes, a smaller plan may suit you better; tell your point of contact and we'll say so honestly.
